Terrific location. We love The Foundry. Had a ceiling fan that did not work in 3rd floor bedroom that maintenance was unable to fix, but that did not deter from the house or location.

Great unit and great location

The property was just as viewed. The location is awesome! The unit was very nice, clean and just as advertised. The kitchen was nice but could have been better. There are enough pans to prepare for an army but the space could have been used for dishes. They are located over the refrigerator, so out of reach unless you are very tall and enough coffee cups for an army. Could have used baggies, foil and plastic wrap. Also some basic seasonings besides salt and pepper. The air conditioner had to be set at 74* which was fine for the main floor but that temperature made the 3rd floor very warm. I’m not buying the scare tactic of anything set colder would break the air conditioner. Our daughter sets hers in Dallas at 69* when it is 100* outside and it works just fine. I am all for conserving, but the 3rd floor issue needs to be addressed.

Ideal Location

Not only was this property beautiful, it is in a perfect location for walking to everything . The property was exactly as described and pictured. The beds were extremely comfortable and the whole unit was spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well stocked and provided everything we needed for meals we cooked in. There's even a gas grill, which was a great plus. You could easily stay here and not really need a car. Great restaurants and attractions are within easy walking distance.

TN family loves Key West

My family and I travel a lot. Our experiences with different lodging has been extensive. This property is wonderful! The location is great. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but also just a very short walk away from one of the great party streets in the country! The property , itself, is very comfortable and convenient. Location and distance to everything is on point!

Perfect place for some first timers and returning vacationers

My wife and I have been to Key West several times, but we brought some friends along this time who had never been. We all had a marvelous time. This property is beautifully appointed and perfectly located to be able to walk everywhere we chose to go. I would highly recommend the unit to anyone with the following caveat... Be aware of the stairs! 2nd bedroom is up 2 flights, so if you have bad knees, they'll probably sing to you after a trip or two. We wouldn't hesitate to rent here again.

We enjoyed this clean, roomy, well appointed rental. The location was great. All the Old Town attractions were within walking distance. Bicycle rentals were easy & available for venturing further into Key West, and beyond. The Truman Annex is lovely, safe, and secure. A perfect respite after a day of crowded fun on Duval St. and sunset viewing on Mallory Square. Property manager (Compass Realty) staff was fabulous. Accommodated our every request. Always accessible, knowledgeable, helpful.
