The space
The home is on a large lot, completely fenced for privacy and security. There's a big yard and plenty of room for kids or pets to explore and play. There's a beautiful pool and shallow sunning shelf.
There are two homes on the property.
The main house is a beautiful and modern one-bedroom with an office loft. The office has a pull-out sofa. The bedroom has a King bed and opens to and overlook the pool area. It has a large bathroom and shower and washer/dryer. There is a full kitchen and living room.
The second home is elevated, above a double garage and has its own living room, a kitchenette, and two bedrooms plus a large bath. One bedroom has a King bed, the other has a Queen adjustable bed. That home has its own porch that overlooks the pool and the main home.
The property is new construction and has all of modern conveniences and luxuries. Pets must be approved, but are welcome. The lot has lots of foliage and palm trees and a great private outdoor shower. There's lot of exterior seating and loungers.
Location: In a quiet neighborhood about 3 miles from Duval Street, on the island of Key West. There is a large garage and a place to park bikes, a boat trailer, a golf cart, and more. We recommend you rent a golf cart for the month or bikes so that you can enjoy the island with ease.
Guest access
You have full use of the space. At least one garage space will be available.
Other things to note
Pets are allowed, but do need to be approved. Some pets may require additional cleaning fees. The yard is large with lots of room and a very secure fence for dogs.
