Front desk staff was always friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. Ample parking everyday. Our room had an excellent view and was clean. Housekeeping staff was also accommodating and timely. Very nice hotel. We would stay there again.

The room was very spacious. It had a living room, a kitchenette and a balcony off the bedroom. We sat on the balcony drinking our coffee in the morning. They have a keurig coffee maker and provided coffee pods.We had a nice view of the water across the street. The staff was nice and accommodating. They text me asking how was my stay and if i needed anything. We took an Uber to Old Key West. The pool area was clean and a lot of chairs are avaliable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and I would stay there again on my next visit to Key West.

I’ll start by saying manager, when finally able to speak with one, was responsive and refunded our charges- we didn’t end up staying the night. Most unprofessional operation I d ever seen. Very slow check in. Wasn’t given the full ocean view we paid for. Attempt to change rooms was nightmare with some member of what appeared to be maintenance staff literally pounding loudly on the door of rejected room demanding to check its condition. No help with luggage even though had to lug it outside and around building in cold wind. Pool not as pictured/ in front of hotel on street. No bar or anyplace to get food on property or within walking distance. Small cramped lobby. Only one clerk at check in time who had zero social skills. Horrible experience, refused to sleep there. Facility not even close to standards for a 450.00 basic guest room/ in our case with a view of a large air conditioning unit on the roof. Just don’t.
