The room was clean but looked like it needed to be vacumed. The clerk was friendly and willing to help with anything we need. I did not like the sheets on the bed, they felt rough and scratchy. The pillows were not comfortable. I prefer the larger ones that can be adjusted better for me.The rest of the bedding was good. Everything else was great. It was good.

The room was very basic and definitely been used and abused by dogs but that is what we expected. There was no extra blankets for the pull out couch which makes no sense so bring what you need for that. Also a neighbor was smoking something in their room so the fire alarm was set off around 11pm but the staff did work hard to get it turned off quickly. Coffee in the lobby is awful. Nice to have vending machines and water/ice down there though. Location you can’t beat, good options for food close by and we love going to the bar at the goat. Overall it’s exactly what we expected for the price we paid.

This place was gross. And poorly run. I arrived and was sent to a room that hadn’t been made up- bed bare, random cleaning supplies strewn about- and it was after 5pm, not like this was first thing in the morning. I went back to the front desk, and the secondvroo. The employee checked to put me in was also not cleaned. It took a third try and I was put in a room that was reserved for someone else, but they hadn’t checked in yet, so I went there while staff scrambled to get rooms cleaned. The room I did end up in, was still barely cleaned. The bathroom had trash in the corners, hair on the floor, smears on the wall by the toilet paper roll, and the bath had soap residue all over the rim. The bed skirt had a disgusting brown something smeared on it, and there were gross brown smears on the wall by the outlets. All the furniture was badly scratched, the bathroom door had a hole in one side and one painting on the wall was water damaged with mold inside the frame. Hotel amenities listed a hot tub and sauna- but the hot tub water was so cloudy you couldn’t see the bottom, and the sauna was out of order- has been for a while, and staff have no idea when it will be fixed. This was absolutely gross.

We had a great time at 3 Peaks Lodge. While the property is older and lower priced and there should be an expectation of that, the location is unbeatable and it's nice to have the market and Dos Locos Mexican Restaurant right across the street. They upgraded our room which was a big win for our family of four. Will come back.

For the price I paid, wasn’t worth $200/night. Only pro: proximity to Keystone and allows pets. Locally owned but capital expenditure upkeep wasn’t there… looks its age (at least 30 years). If a place allows pets, need to have LVP/tile throughout and not carpet. Couldn’t sleep 2/3 nights due to noise coming from upstairs unit. Heating/cooling unit was either too warm or too cold. Front desk guy wasn’t the most welcoming either. I recommend someplace else for the value.

I cannot warn you enough: DO NOT STAY HERE. My experience at this property was nothing short of a disaster. The room was completely uninhabitable. Upon arrival, I found the sheets were visibly filthy, covered in stains and hair, making it clear they hadn't been changed since the previous guest. The lack of hygiene didn't stop at the bed; the entire property is neglected, grimey, and clearly unmaintained. To make matters worse, the management is non-existent. I attempted to speak with the front desk multiple times during their posted business hours, but the desk was abandoned and no one ever showed up. I have since tried reaching out to the property via phone and email to resolve these issues, but I have received zero response. This place is a health hazard and the service is shameful. Save your money and your health—book literally anywhere else.

This place is nasty. Never vacuumed and debris all over the floor. Heat in the room didn’t work and all they did was brought a space hwater 5 hrs later. Sauna not working. Nobody ever at the reception desk. Not worth it.

Got there at midnight no one was at the front desk. The keys were not out when I got to the room. There was no sheets no bedding. The bed was 4 feet up in the air on one side and sitting on the ground on the other side I waited for an hour to get this room. It was 2:00 AM by this time told to step away from the counter 5 times1 of the worst experiences I’ve ever had ever in my life. I can’t believe these people have a job to how people over the night. This was complete chaos. Everyone I talked to was unhappy about this place. I would never go there again. I want my money back plain and simple.

Front desk guy were really nice and helpful but when he gave us our key room, he gives us directions where the room is located and mentioned the room number. Weird. We reserved a Queen size bed room, but we got a two size bed room instead. We decided not to say something anymore because know they are probably booked for that night. The room was decently alright, I think they don’t change the bed sheets because they’re was some hair strands on some of the pillows still even before we decided to on down on it and a few couple of dust debris under the blankets. Bathroom was very clean, they gave enough towels to use. The ventilator in the bathroom was very loud if you decide to use it. Microwave was also clean and convenient. Overall you pay what you get for paying a cheap room. This place can be better but definitely there’s room for improvement.

Room was clean and staff at front desk was nice and welcoming but when we went to sleep one of the mattress fell off and we saw that they were on plywoods. You could see the plywood was somewhat bent and didn’t really fit the bed frame. I left a message at the front desk when I checked out and front desk staff was going to rely the message to the manager as I requested a discount due to it being unsafe and causing my mother in law to have back aches from when the mattress fell but I haven’t heard anything from them yet.
