Sounds from the room next door were very evident. Loud guests at 2 a.m. made the stay less pleasant. We could hear the voices distinctly so maybe the walls were thin. It was not quiet.

Our room was facing the lake, and it was cold in the room, very cold, when we first arrived. I tried to heat up the room, and the noise was very loud and it took forever to heat ; my husband was freezing cold in there, plus there was no additional blankets left in the room. I was fully undressed and did not want anyone coming into our room by that time... So it was not a nice stay..

Parking can be an issue between 6 - 10pm due to restaurant bookings. Also most ppl double park their large SUV reducing parking spots. The hotel should think of valet service to fit cars correctly in the lot.

I am very disappointed with the hotel and location. $36 for parking is robbery plus as a bonus you cannot park a large SUV such as jeep wagoneer. I have as a rental and responsible for any damages with 6 feet clearance. The pool upstairs with the ceiling peeling off and the disgusting vent. Over priced food and no breakfast in sketchy downtown Kingston. I am very disappointed, I’ve been traveling all week going to northern Quebec for my fathers funeral and had a better stay at the trois rivière holiday with a breakfast included for half the price. Checked in at 3 :30 pm and staff was still cleaning and a tray of food has been sitting in the hall the whole time we been there with food discussing. Delta should have higher standards
