Staff was great. Walls are thin and neighbors talked all night. No elevator and our room was next to stair well. The door slammed as many people went up and down stairs. Not that it could be helped but fire alarm went off at 1am. Was told it happened from shower steam

Terrible experience. The first room had extremely dirty and stained carpet that posed a health risk for my toddler who was playing on it. After requesting a room change, the second room had what appeared to be bed bugs on the bedding, hair on the sheets and towels, dirty carpet again, and rusted bathroom fixtures. Out of concern for my child’s health and my own, I checked out early. Photos were taken to document the conditions. The staff was courteous and attempted to assist despite the condition of the property.
