- Early Bird: 15% off for stays during Low and Shoulder season, 10% off for stays during High season, and 5% off for stays during Peak season for bookings made more than 120 days prior to check-in date.

- Last Minute: 20% off for bookings made less than 30 days prior to check-in date (excluding Peak season).

Standard occupancy is 16 adults + 14 pax in the (2) dorm rooms.
Maximum 3 extra beds are allowed in the villa available at USD 50++ per person per night.

- Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card with an additional surcharge up to 5%.

SERVICES AT AN EXTRA CHARGE

Note:
● For any events/weddings with more than 80 guests, guest may be required to book 2 villas in the Sangsuri Estate to use the beachfront lawn.
● For any events/weddings with more than 120 guests, guest may be required to book 3 villas in the Sangsuri Estate to use the beachfront lawn.
- Event fees:
● USD 500 (subject to 7% tax) for up to 30 guests.
● USD 800 (subject to 7% tax) for up to 60 guests.
● USD 1,200 (subject to 7% tax) for up to 80 guests.
● USD 2,000 (subject to 7% tax) for up to 120 guests.
- Where number of guests exceed 1.5 times of the occupancy of the
villa, a security deposit of THB 100,000 or USD 3,000 will be collected.
- Where number of guests is less than 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa for small group events, a security deposit of THB 50,000 will be collected.
- Security deposit is refundable provided no damage or deep cleaning at the villa is required.
- Pre and post-event day events are allowed and can be arranged with a separate fee of 50% of the event fee if this second function is beyond 24 hours from the main event.
- Music and event curfew are until 12 midnight only.
- Kindly note that we are an advocate for the prevention of cruelty and ethical care of elephants and wildlife. We do not allow nor condone the hiring and use of elephants and/or other wildlife for any events held in the villa and in the immediate surrounding areas of the villa i.e. beach.
- Fireworks are not allowed at Sangsuri Estate due to safety reasons.
- Sky Lanterns are also prohibited by the local government in Koh Samui.
