3泊お世話になりました。 いつも利用しているホテルの予約が取れず、やむなく滞在しましたが、立地を含め日を追うごとに「有りかも」と思えました。 部屋は清潔、ベッドとテーブルの間隔が少し広く、ほんの少しの差とはいえ、気持ち良く過ごせました。 朝食が汁物やスムージー以外三日間ほぼ同じだったので、もう少し変化があっても良いかなぁ。 スタッフの皆様の対応も良かったです。 ありがとうございました。

子ども連れの家族旅行で利用。 郡山駅至近ですが、今回は車でのアクセス。併設の平面駐車場は十分な台数のように感じました(夜でも少し空きあり)。幅は広くもなく狭くもない印象。 1階フロント脇のラウンジは落ち着いた雰囲気。カウンター席には電源アウトレットもあり、PC作業もできそうです。飲み物は水・コーヒーの他はレモン水等で、子供が好きそうなものは無いが、メインユーザーを考えると致し方ないか。 建物自体は新しくないかも知れないが、設備で古そうな印象は感じなかった。エレベーターは2基で、朝の時間帯は(想像していたが)混雑しがち。但し、待っても全然来ないという感じではない(昇降スピードは速い)。 2階にコインランドリー・製氷機・自販機あり。自販機のみ6階にもあるが、いずれもソフトドリンクのみでアルコールやおつまみが欲しい場合は徒歩2分ほどのコンビニに行かねばならないのが若干面倒。 客室(今回はツイン)は十分に広い。ベッド下に物が置けるが、その必要がないくらいのスペースあり。代わりにユニットバスはそれほど広くはない。 丸形テーブルと椅子があるのは部屋食をする時に非常に便利(ビジネスホテルでは無い方が普通と思う)。別途、デスクにもチェアの備え付けあり。 朝食メニューは肉料理・生野菜サラダ・ご飯・パン・汁物(味噌汁＆コーンスープ)等、結構充実。ただ、席間に余裕がないため、混雑時間帯の利用だと他の人や椅子を避けながらの移動で、これがとにかく大変。また、料理の配置が悪く非効率になっており、これが混雑を助長しているのではないかと思われ、改善の余地があるのではないかと思った。（順路に従って進んで行くと、トースター→パンの順番になっていたり、(茶漬け用の)だし汁→ご飯の順番になっていたりして、ただでさえ限られたスペースで無駄な待ち時間や人の交錯が起こる) チェックイン/アウト時や朝食時のサポートを初めとしたスタッフのサービスは総じて好印象。笑顔で対応頂けてすごくよかった。
