I booked 2 rooms and requested to have 2 rooms near to each other. When I checked in at 3pm, the front desk staff replied that only one room was available, the other room near to this room was still dirty and not sure when it was cleaned completely. She asked us to wait for 45 mins. By 4pm, the room was still not yet ready and no definite available time was provided. I complained that they were wasting my time as I made this request earlier when the reservation was made, not last minute request. They simply ignored my request made earlier. After waiting for another 30 mins, the room was settled. Poor customer service management!

A Truly Exceptional Stay at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong Our stay at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service that made us feel instantly welcome. We stayed in a bay-facing room, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a stunning panoramic look over Victoria Harbour—watching the sunrise and city lights at night from our room was a highlight of our trip. The room itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. One thing that really stood out was the impeccable cleanliness. Everything from the bedding to the bathroom was spotless and well-maintained, which gave us a strong sense of comfort and care. Housekeeping was consistent and detail-oriented, ensuring the room stayed fresh and inviting every day. The hotel’s overall atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between modern luxury and relaxing charm. We loved the facilities—especially the gorgeous infinity pool with harbor views and the excellent dining options. Breakfast at Big Bay Café offered an incredible spread of local and international dishes in a bright, airy setting. Whether you're visiting Hong Kong for business or leisure, we can’t recommend Kerry Hotel enough. It was a truly memorable experience, and we’ll definitely be returning!

I had a wonderful experience at [Hotel Name]. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect—close to the harbour and ferry point. I especially appreciated the infinity pool With harbour views. The housekeeping was consistent and thorough throughout my stay, and every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for quality accommodation in Hong Kong.

Pros: beautiful views, decent sized room, nice gym, great pool (although should be a bit larger as it was frequently quite crowded), the "Dockyard" restaurant attached to the hotel ha lots of options and was affordable (not common with high end hotels) Cons: Long lines at check in, STRONG smell from toilet - if the lid to the toilet was left open the whole room smelled terrible. It did not look to be dirty so I suspect it was a larger plumbing issue causing it - I have no doubt that the hotel is aware and keeps renting out the room.

Excellent hotel

I come to Hong Kong twice a year and had never stayed at Kerry in the past. I am so glad I have stayed at Kerry this time. It is definitely the e best hotel I have stayed in hk in the past few years. I will definitely come back again. Great view from my room, excellent swimming pool, very good service, very polite staff, room is spacious too.
