I would highly recommend accommodation at The Kowloon Hotel. Although the room was a little compact, it was clean and was serviced daily by friendly staff. The reception staff were efficient and very helpful. Great location close to shopping, food outlets and walking distance to night markets, Victoria Harbour, Hong Kong Museum of Arts and other tourist attractions. I definitely recommend The Kowloon Hotel if you're travelling and staying in Hong Kong.

Great location in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui! The Kowloon Hotel offers clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and easy access to shopping, dining, and the MTR. Perfect for both business and leisure stays. Would definitely return!

Mediocre, especially in the Harbour Plaza family. Lobby desperately needs an overhaul, wall to wall people every day waiting to check out or check in. Staff seemed stressed and bothered by questions. Room was small, lacking in standard items (closet space was inadequate, nowhere to put suitcase, or clothing, so I had the floor covered by my suitcase and most of my clothing, no iron or ironing board). Disappointing overall and not nearly worth the price.
