This bright and modern 2 room apartment is located on the upper floor of a two family house and is ideal for 2 people. It has a large living room and a separate bedroom. The large balcony with a wonderful view over the lake is accessible from the living room via a sliding door. The patio offers you the opportunity to sit outdoors even in bad weather.   The kitchen is complete, with e.g. B. Dishwasher, equipped and has a cozy sitting area. A bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and vanity complete this lovely apartment. You can also use the dock. We ask you to protect the privacy of the lower guests. Enjoy your vacation in the friendly ambience of this house, right on Lake Tegernsee. The two-family house has two apartments.   Both apartments include living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom / toilet and guest toilet. Terrace, lawn and the hotel's own jetty complete the beautiful apartment on the ground floor. The apartment 2 on the upper floor offers a spacious balcony with patio. The jetty can be used by the guests of the upper apartment for swimming (entry and exit to the water). Both apartments are ideal for 2 people each.  Between Bad Wiessee with its iodine sulfur bath and the chic Rottach-Egern, these two holiday apartments are located in the municipality of Kreuth. The street in front of the house can be clearly seen with the windows open or on the balcony. We do not want to hide this. Parking is possible directly in front of the house, but unfortunately not yet on the property if the lower apartment is rented.
