Beautiful new holiday home 137sqm living space on 2800 sqm of natural land. Wichmannsdorf village outskirts in the immediate vicinity of the castle. Located at 100 m altitude in the forest-rich cooling. In the immediate vicinity of Ostseebad Kühlungsborn and Rerik.
The house has a large living kitchen area.
In the living area with an oven. From the living room you come directly into the bedroom with an attached large bathroom with sauna. Via the entrance hall you come to the second area of the house, which is divided into a bedroom, bathroom and small kitchen with sofa bed. You can relax ideally on the large outdoor terrace with a view of the forest and meadows without a view of the neighbors. There are loungers, chairs, a table and a kettle grill. The perennials newly planted on the terrace bloom from spring to autumn. Many bees and bumblebees frolic there and on the flower meadow.
From the holiday home you can take beautiful bike tours through the cooling and along the Baltic Sea coast. Kuehlungsborn, Heiligendamm, Warnemuende and Rerik. There are several bike tour routes awarded. In Wichmannsdorf there is the bakery and a large lookout tower. The Ostseebad Kühlungsborn captivates with the longest promenade in Germany with fine sandy kilometers long sandy beach. There is also the shopping boulevard in Strandstr. A climbing forest is also there. So everything is there for your wonderful vacation.

Erholsamer Ostseeurlaub in idyllischer Lage

Wir haben die Unterkunft mit einer sechsköpfigen Reisegruppe für 5 Tage gemietet, um einige Radtouren durch die Kühlung (Höhenzug bei Kühlungsborn) und zur Ostsee zu unternehmen. Dass uns das stürmische Wetter insoweit weitgehend einen Strich durch die Rechnung machte, tat dem Urlaub keinen Abbruch. Denn die Unterkunft lädt zum Verweilen ein, ist äußerst gepflegt, sehr gut ausgestattet und großzügig gestaltet. Der traumhaft am Feldrand gelegene Garten bietet absolute Ruhe und - wenn Radtouren schon nur bedingt stattfinden können - Schutz vor Wind. Wichmannsdorf selbst ist ein kleiner, idyllischer Ort, durch den sich einige Abendspaziergänge lohnen. Die Standbäder Rerik und Kühlungsborn sind mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Minuten und mit dem Rad in ca. 20-30 Minuten schnell erreichbar. Wir können uns ein Wiedersehen - gleichviel ob mit oder ohne Räder - sehr gut vorstellen!

Schönes Objekt mit Optimierungspotenzial

Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr schön eingerichtet und angelegt. Wichmannsdorf ist sehr idyllisch, aber man muss leider zum einkaufen und für Brot und Brötchen 10 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Kühlungsborn fahren. Wenn man das weiß ist es aber kein Manko. Wir haben leider sehr lange gebraucht, das Haus zu finden (die Wegbeschreibung sollte optimiert oder ein Schild an die Zufahrt angebracht werden). Wir konnten den Vermieter auch nicht erreichen um nach Hilfe zu fragen… die Erreichbarkeit des Vermieters erwies sich auch vorab als schwierig und war nur per Mail möglich. Das Haus war leider nicht ganz sauber (Spülmaschine sehr dreckig, Bettgestell, Kommoden und Regale sehr staubig, Waschbecken verkalkt), zudem war es im Schlafzimmer der kleinen Wohnung sehr klamm. Mit kleinem Baby nicht ganz so schön. Außerdem wurde am Abreisetag der Rasen gemäht, was alles sehr unentspannt gemacht hat (damit hätte man auch noch 2 Stunden warten können). Wenn man ein paar Dinge verbessern würde, wäre es eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, die ich weiterempfehlen würde.

Toller Urlaub

Wir waren mit der Familie 5 Tage in diesem Haus. Wir hatten das komplette Haus gemietet. Von der Einrichtung bis zur Ausstattung ließ es keine Wünsche offen - mehr geht nicht. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.
