My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and it one of nicest hotel we've ever stayed at. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and every detail of the hotel was beautifully designed. We especially appreciated the restaurant and bar in the hotel lobby. We truly wish we had stayed longer and highly, highly recommend this hotel. We’ll definitely be back!

The check-in procedure was arduous and took well over 20 minutes. It wasn’t clear whether or not there was an isolated issue with the self serve machines - but this was the last thing we needed after a long journey. Other than this the hotel was excellent and the Thai restaurant was one of our faves

We had dinner a couple times at the hotel and it was pretty good. Ordering Kaprow both times. Enjoyed an evening with a live DJ. Music and ambience was superb. Bed comfort was excellent. Room was cozy but equipped with everything we needed. Warm was quiet and clean.

Such a lovely place to stay!! The staff were kind and helpful, and the rooms were clean and beautiful. The neighborhood it’s in is pretty and peaceful, but within walkable distance to bustling places like Gion. Kyoto Station is also only a short subway ride away.

Hotel is clean. Restaurant is nice and the bar is excellent. Suggestions for improvement...the shiwer doors are not placws right. Thw loor shoukd open outward. The handles shoukd be outside. There needs to be a qheelchair ramp to the entrance od rhe hotel for those with mobikity issues.
