Great location, cleaning lady who is very old, but so pleasant and did great job! Front desk people can be more warm and welcoming, guess they may not speak too much English. That’s why, it’s ok.

Amazing experince, cannot recommend more.

This was an amazing experience we had in this hotel. Everything spotless, staff members very helpful and smiling all the time. Room spaciois, bed very comfortable, bathroom amazing. Location great, got off our shinkanzen train, the hotel is on the ground floor of the station (in Japan 1F); just follow Kintetsu line signs. Should we return back, this hotel will be our choice, cannot recommend more. All hotel rooms face the platforms, we were at the shinkansen platform and for me as a train enthusiast I could not wish for more. Although rooms are facing the platforms, you do not hear anything at all.

The location of the hotel can be a little confusing especially from visiting traveler Hotel was great. Breakfast has a variety of European/American and Asian food. I would come back again
