Wonderful breakfast buffet, with both Japanese and western options — highly appreciated the variety and freshness. Hotel staff are all friendly and helpful at all times. Room was very comfortable. AC seemed to not work last night, but otherwise fine. Shuttle to/from Kyoto station is a real plus.

The property, the rooms, the staff were all amazing! The breakfast is definitely a must if you're staying here and it's walkable to most places and stations if you're planning on venturing out. The dinner course was great too if you're not looking to go far for food. Shuttle to Kyoto station was also a huge help. Thank you again for the amazing stay!

This hotel is simply fantastic, so nice we decided to extend our stay. The staff is amazing, the rooms are extremely clean and way bigger than usual hotel rooms in Japan. The area is beautiful close to nice nature shrines and a short walk for dining and bars.

This is a gem of a hotel a short walk from so many wonderful attractions in Kyoto! The staff were top notch and helpful in every way. The view from our room was serene and the hotel decor was elegant. We did laundry while we were there and soaked in the foot bath. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a luxurious accommodation without too high of a price!
