Our room seemed clean but felt shabby-big spots on the beige carpet just as you entered. The best thing about the hotel was the lounge where (for no additional cost)you could get small nibbles, beer, wine champagne and soft drinks. It gave us a place to hang out & chat or play cards, other than our room. The included breakfast buffet was somewhat unappealing (bacon kept warm in some liquid) but you were also offered eggs made to order and these were good.

I highly recommend this hotel. We had a wonderful stay. The staff is outstanding and helpful. The rooms are spacious, well supplied with all the amenities, comfortable beds, bathroom with shower and tub. The area is beautiful. We walked to several parts of town and also were a block away from the subway station. We enjoyed the tea time goodies and also the cocktail hour that was free of charge and had a great variety of drinks and snacks. I will certainly return to this amazing hotel.

Laundry room is only 2 machines and busy. Drying function is really poor, clothes come out wet. Staff are amazing. Lack of shower door is a bad idea, splashes out. Service is excellent. Great location, easy access to many sites, shopping, restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Happy hour was great, front desk is helpful. Laundry room is too small, it was hard to find a time that it wasn’t occupied. The bath house was a nice experience. Room was good but car noise from the street was loud (4th floor). Overall would recommend this hotel.
