on the ground floor, with a large private garden. Ideal for families who want to enjoy the tranquility. The apartment oriented south, will allow you to enjoy a few days of summer and sun.
The outdoor space is great, it has a very well-kept large garden, a space with table and chairs and a barbecue perfect for summer meals with family or friends. You can enjoy the terrace all day and sunbathe in the garden!
Less than 800m from the beach, 8 minutes walk both. The beach is one of the best coves in the area, where the landscape and the trails it offers are spectacular.
Distribution:Kitchen: American, with all the essentials for cooking (fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, hob).
Living room: open where the dining room and the living room are located, next to the kitchen.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: double bed 140cm.
Bedroom 2:double bed 140cm.

Bathroom: with bathtub.
Parking: for 1 car.
