Sub par service - called front desk 3 times with no answer - walked down to front desk to a sign “be back soon.” Towel rack empty in pool area (8:30pm). Check in was quick however no mention of pool/bar hours anywhere nor the fact we were put in a smoking room. We wanted to be moved, but the phone calls/visit to desk went un-answered. Fire alarm went off around 915pm for a few minutes. Upstairs guests were very loud/disruptive - no answer at front desk again. Continental breakfast was great. Room was clean.

Check in 2nd day was terrible. Had a 2nd reservation. Went to desk to get new keys and the host never checked us in. Then went and charged a couple things to room still didn’t check us in. Phone call from front desk at 11:20 pm while we were sleeping telling us we were not checked. We had to get up and get dressed to go and check in at 11:20 pm. The hotel is great otherwise

Decent, not great

We’ve stayed here several times and this time was just ok. This hotel allows pets and there was a distinct urine smell in the room. The hotel was at capacity so we didn’t bother asking for another room. Just something to be mindful of if you’re sensitive to animal smells. The wallpaper was also coming off the wall in the corner. The free breakfast was great, the bar was friendly, the snack and beverage area was convenient, the bed was comfortable, the sheets were clean and soft. I also like they went to multi-use bottles of bath products with the pump top.

The hotel could definitely use some updating, the decor and aesthetic seemed old. Overall our room was clean and quiet. We were on the opposite end of the hotel from the pool so that was a bit of a trek to get there. Breakfast was good and staff was very friendly and attentive.

Loved everything about this place. Got a free upgrade when we checked in. They had a family style saloon attached. Had a very small menu, lots of drink options. We ate there because of convenience but were overcharged for our food and drinks. I should have gotten a receipt but just paid the verbal amount and realized later it was over. Over all great place and we will stay again!

Beautiful place. Only complaint was that check in was at 3:00 pm. I came in at 4:10 and my room wasn’t ready yet. They said another 1/2 an hour. Breakfast was ok. Tables filled up fast. Overall great stay. Decorated very nice throughout property.

Disappointed to have been told we were set for early check in only to arrive with no room ready. After arriving in our room, the pullout couch bedding had stains and there were clothes in the drawers from previous guests. As we were swimming in the pool, maintenance was trying to figure out how to clean up the many piles of dirt lingering at the bottom of the pool. A positive was the friendly service at the Lumberjack Bar.
