Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Put all towels and bedding (except bedspreads) in the laundry room near the washing machine.
Empty trash into the outside trash can, and take out to the curb if checking out on a Monday or Thursday.
At checkout in the summer months set the thermostat to 80 degrees, and at checkout in the winter months set the thermostat to 65 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
