It’s a rundown, worn off hotel with peeling or scratched paint, ancient yellow shower curtains half hanging off the rod, bathtub rusted around the edges, bathroom door not fitting in the frame. Not staying again ever. Better start driving home even if takes hours.

The parking was very safe. The rate was reasonable. The staff was friendly. The room was comfortable and smelled clean. The carpet and beds were clean. However, the bathroom had mold on the celing. The caulking was poorly done in the bathtub. The furniture needs replaced. The site was convenient for my needs.

I have been staying in hotels for over 30 years, and I have never encountered such a dirty and unhygienic property. There was mold on the ceiling in both the bedroom and bathroom, the bathroom fixtures were rusted with insects present, the bed sheets were dirty, the carpet was torn, and the entire room had clearly not been cleaned. The door was so flimsy that it could be pushed open even while locked. I complained and checked out within two hours, then booked another hotel. The front desk advised me to contact Expedia for a refund, but despite reaching out, I have not received one. This experience has caused me to lose trust in Expedia, as it is concerning that such a substandard hotel is allowed to be listed and booked through the Expedia platform.

Dirty & rundown, "last resort" option for visits

Aside from the beds being comfortable, this hotel is rundown. Rust colored towels from iron in the water, clearly not using bleach at the laundry. The tub diverter spout was barely hanging on & functioning, lose from the wall and brought the shower with former guests hair in the tub to a light drip. Holes in the wall were stuffed with black electrical tape rather than drywall compound. The ironing board looked like a prior guest wiped their bottom with it at the toilet. A chair that looked like it came out of the garbage it was so stained on the seat and arms. Desk chair articulating motion failing. Sconce light flickering in the hallway. Paint peeling from water water leak. Lobby stairs carpet in desperate need of a vacuum, plus stretch & glue as its lifting at the seams and bunching all over as you walk down the hallways. TV remote didn't work with batteries taped to the back. Just a very tired property clearly with the staff who don't care living on property apparently by their decorated doors and keeping this property in terrible condition. Choice Hotels should be ashamed of this product, ripping Purdue guests off price gauging on visiting weekends with big events. I'll drive an hour outside of Lafayette before I stay here again. Recommending to no one! Photos of all my complaints attached, I'm not a picky guest, stay in mid priced hotels like this 20+ nights a year, am an Airbnb host. This is just not acceptable level of care and cleanliness at this price point.

Diverter spout barely hanging on, flange loose meaning water running in behind the tub (watch out Room 149 below) and diverter pull barely sends water to the shower head.
What did someone use this ironing board for to have these deep brown stains? Gross!

Not far from Purdue University. Linens were clean. We booked 2 rooms and both smelled like sewage inside. We opened the windows, but the smell didn’t disappear. There was spider web on the ceiling and bathroom sink was clogged with dirt and missing a cap. Lobby and hallways smelled like spices and incense. Hallway carpet and stairwell were really dirty.
