My stay was excellent! The room was spotless, smelling fresh, and everything felt newly cleaned. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The casino area was lively but the rooms stayed quiet, which I loved. Super comfortable bed, great AC, and the whole place felt safe and well-kept. I’d definitely stay here again; I actually think we are planning to come back this week to spend Thanksgiving with you guys!

Extraordinary From the moment I checked in the front desk was welcoming his efforts to provide me with not only an upgrade to a beautiful view of the river butt he allowed me to leave my car to one of the dedicated vip parking spots close to the entrance The upgrade suite decor was extraordinary furnished pure elegance from the lighting to the sliding doors and mattress that was heavenly. I woke up after driving 13 hours feeling fabulous well rested and not any body pain. The casino staff from bartenders to the servers extremely friendly and very eager to help serve you without delay complimentary cocktails while you are in the casino Now the highlight the man who is responsible for the employees and their great customer service one let me not forget the bellman he was the one who provided the introduction to the GM on his own accord besides just assisting us with our luggage with a smile and kindness. This GM came from south beach use to over see the Delano Mondrian shore club well that all makes sense as they were my favorite hotels and the Delano I frequent because of the staff and the guarantee to always have a pleasant experience each and every check in He brought his talent with treating employees respectfully and in return the guests receive guaranteed customer satisfaction guaranteed your stay is extraordinary. The staffs great energy can be felt the minute you arrive from their wonderful welcoming & hospitality congratulations to the GM outstanding team

This entire experience has been horrible. All of the staff that I’ve encountered except two people have been rude and short with us. From the front desk employee to the manager to the casino security to the casino workers. I will never ever ever book here again! The room was beautiful and that’s the only positive thing I can say. Worst decision ever to book here.
