Nice home in a good location

Overall a good stay! Location was good and house was very clean and roomy! Group of 7 so perfect number of rooms and beds. Check in process was not communicated the best. Definitely needed more towels. There were not enough for all of us and no washcloths.

Reunion

We rented in order to visit with my terminally ill sister. Cozy Retreat provided a perfect place to stay and receive family during our stay. It was clean and nicely decorated. My only criticism would be our check-in process. Although we had notified the host of our ETA, we did not receive access instructions prior to arrival. We were unable to contact her upon arriving and had to go through VRBO chat to finally contact her to get access to the property. Once we got into the residence, our stay was comfortable and worked out perfectly for our needs. I would look to staying here again if the need arises.

Great quiet stay

We were 6 adults and 2 teenagers. The bedroom configuration is great. Each room has 1 queen bed and the 4th berry is a full with a trundle pullout bed. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom for our older parents. Kitchen is stocked nicely with what you need to prepare dinners and lunches. Complimentary Keurig cups were a nice touch. Hot water was best in ensuite bathroom. Couches are super comfy with the power recliners. Everyone had space of their own and proper storage areas. An issue arrived but it was quickly addressed.
