Overall, this is a good property located about a 5-minute drive from London Bridge. The hotel offers three pools and three jacuzzis, and the rooms are comfortable, with some featuring nice lakeside views. However, the overall atmosphere feels more like a standard hotel than a true resort experience.

This is truly a top notch resort. Everyone from the manger on down does there best to insure that guests have a great experience when visiting this resort. Maintenance is meticulous and so is house keeping. We always look forward to coming back.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Our 2 bedroom condo was perfect. outside the door could have used a good sweeping. The bathrooms weren't fully stocked. (Lotion, makeup remover was missing in one bathroom) The kitchen could use pot holders but otherwise was stocked well. Overall though, it was an excellent stay.

Overall, the experience is good. It's an older property, there's lots of road noise on the western units, but the place is well kept, the pools and workout areas are clean, and the staff is professional and friendly.
