Property is what you pay for could definitely use some upgrades cleanliness i have to give a 2 star only because you have to pay for new towels, and rag. I shouldn't have to pay for that if I'm pay 80 plus dollars. No breakfast which that's the least they can provide. Overall a 3 star everything average and same for the one next door.

From the 1st day we checked in there was a smell in the hallway as well as in the room the matress for the sofa bed was in horrible conditions and the doors to the bathroom were stained and bent i had to go buy an air mattress for my son to sleep in cause tge mattress for the sofa bed was in horrible conditions we had to buy a few bottles of febreze air spray to get rid of the smell in the room and some odor eliminators for the carpet as wellthe propertie looks like it has not been kept and dirty

Was not clean. Bathroom had hair stubble. Carpet was very nasty. Most nothing was wiped down. Had to ask for clean bedding because food and stains. My second time staying but there will not be a third. The smell……… cars were double parked. Sorry for the bad review but I spent money for a bad experience

I am requesting a full refund because the first room they gave us was already occupied. We opened the door and pepole were in there...crazy. Then the next room they gave me had a tiny bed and there was no place from a girlfriend to sleep. We requested another room and there was none available. We did not stay there and would like a full refund, please

New management. No kitchen supplies. Extra charge for towels. Bad service. Toilet clog for 4 days. Front desk just handed me a plunger. Period try to get the room changed out. When we arrived, there was a sign on the door stating that the hot water boiler would be replaced and there would be not hot water for the next 3 days. Did not receive any advanced notice of the outage to be able to change our itinerary and did not get a discount on the room rate. Carpets in the hallway were really dirty. The mattress for the sofa bed was stained. The room smelled like damp basement. If you need eating utensils or cook ware, you need to purchase them. The large cooktop on the range did not work. Would not stay here again or any other Extended Stay
