Worst experience with Hotels.com and Also MNR Mote

I have booked hotel on 29th to 2nd May 2017. but when i reached and entered in the hotel Room. really shocked. 1) The hotel was total unhygienic 2) There were big mosquito in the Room and Outside also. 3) No Room spray. 4) lots of flying insets in the bathroom and room. 5) No WI-fi in the room. I have already discussed to Hotels.com to refund the money and they assured for it. but Hotels.com are not responding on my mail.

I needed a hotel room for the night, not too far away from Cenang Beach, and then I found this room, with two queen sized beds and an good-functioning airconditioner. My wife and my two kids fell asleep very fast. I got picked up very fast by one of the taxis driving past who suggested a local mamak for breakfast. Food was yummy!

I stay in homestay.

The mangement must make sure clean first bf people stay.The bed with bugs.Bathroom smelly.Pls take care bc efect tourist.Can stay but make sure clean mop first n wash important for kids. My kids scold me bc choose semut motel.

Hyggeligt værelse til den budgetrejsende/backpacke

Utrolig hjælpsom og imødekommende familie der driver dette guesthouse. Fovent ikke luksus, men et billigt hyggeligt værelse til den budgetrejsende. Dejligt med vindue og en elkoger.

Inte så bra

Rummet luktade mögel som bara den, vi hade stopp i avloppet 2 ggr. Personalen i receptionen hade ganska dålig engelska. Vi frågade kvällen innan vi skulle checka ut hur dags de öppnade dagen därpå och fick svaret kl 07.00. Vi sa att vi skulle checka ut 07.30. Dagen efter stod vi där 07.30 med taxichauffören som skulle köra oss och där fanns ingen i receptionen. I övrigt var boendet okej ifall om man absolut inte är kräsen. Ej wifi på rummet bara utanför. Läget var dåligt och det var långt och gå till cenang.
