The room was clean. The breakfast was good but not great possibly due to the constraints of the building. The location really depends on what you need to get done, for some it is great [close to 401] for others less so.

I stayed at the Comfort inn for a week last week and for work I stay in a lot of hotels and prior to my stay I had read the reviews I guess I had expected worse but it really wasn’t deserving of most of those bad reviews. It was visibly cleaner than the chain hotels nearby yes it’s dated but it wasn’t horrible. It’s a pet friendly hotel so a bonus for those travelling with their fur baby’s and so because of that I would say maybe the Hallway carpets could use a regular cleaning but the staff was helpful and friendly the laundry room was excellent to be able to use till 9pm. Overall I was comfortable felt safe and could get a good nights sleep. Are the rooms sound proof no but there was no needing to call the front desk for loud partying type noises in a room above like I’ve had to do numerous times at the other “”Chain” hotel nearby.

My stay was awesome Except for one rude housekeeper. I don’t know what was bothering her. I understand that their workload can be heavy but that’s not enough reason to give a nasty attitude to a customer. That’s actually why I won’t stay there anymore. I asked for my linens to be changed after three nights. She went to the room and didn’t change it but used the same old linens to make the bed. When I addressed it, she walked away looking at me like I was crazy. I don’t blame her. Anyway, that’s that!!

Always have a good stay. We always bring our dog and they are very pet friendly and the area around the hotel is great for running your pet. Only down fall this trip was noticing other pet owners do not clean up after their dogs. We do because its respectful to the property and other people staying. This time the area around the hotel had a lot of dog feces that was not cleaned up by their neglectful owners.
