We’ll be back!

We stayed at the end of February. The staff were amazing and they were so kind to my kids! Between the breakfast and the waterslide we had a blast!

Kids play in the corridor, sticky floors but okay.

As in other Langley-Surrey sports-team-and-family hotels we’ve stayed in, this one had kids practising gymnastics and/or having playtime in the corridors outside our room. (At least this time it wasn’t junior hockey practice.) The breakfast room was a mess, with sticky syrup on the floor and out of food items when we got there (eventually replenished). The layout there didn’t work and people were bouncing off each other trying to get coffee and utensils. Otherwise not a bad stay.

The property is in dire need of deep clean and renovation. The pool area was very dirty, the carpet in the suite too. We booked the property due to location to the Zoo and I believe this is why it’s priced relatively high for what you get. Breakfast is decent and staff is friendly.

Overall the stay was good. The room was pretty clean, though a couple of the folded towels had makeup on them. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The complimentary breakfast was good, though it would have been nice to have hard boiled eggs.

I’m sorry but the room was filthy. The location is great, lots of parking, easily accessible off of the highway and nearby coffee etc. But the state of the room and the pool area were atrocious.

Bad hotel

Dont bring a young family here. Not a good place to stay. Mainly for workers stopping in town, thats all i saw there.

A solud 7.5 - good, safe, comfy

It was good. Comfortable, clean, safe, and easily accessible to the highway. Good breakfast provided for this kind of hotel, and front desk staff were kind and helpful. The hotel overall is old and shows signs of wear and the water slide pool area has seen better days, but would definitely stay here again.

I liked that it was a quiet safe area to leave my truck parked. But I didn’t like how the rooms were very noisy, I could hear people’s voices and conversations it drove me bonkers. But again I loved that it was far from the city noise. The pool is fun! It was dirty around the buffet, but my bed was clean!
