Nice room, always clean, friendly service

I had some issues at first but the staff as a whole locked in and helped me tremendously. That being said there was a few times that employees needed management help due to unusual situations and management was not on hand right away. They helped a lot in the end too.

Hello! Had a little visit from a cockroach when taking a bath. Also it is winter and we were waiting on to be at the hotel to stay warm. However heaters didn’t work and reception didn’t have alternate heaters for the room. Hotel has a good location even though we had a bad experience.

The hotel room was extremely small and had loud neighbors that partied the 2 nights me and my family stayed there. The mattress was not even a queen, more of a full and the quality was terrible. The only pro was the water being hot. That’s it.
