+The front desk guy was very friendly and helpful. Really felt welcomed. Great tips what to do and see in Larnaca. Room was clean and spacious. -The a/c was only in the bedroom... it was really hot in a living room. Pictures look better than reality.

Hotel was great. Very clean and great staff. The only problem was the area which was very loud most of the night so we didn’t get much sleep. On the up side everything was close, shops, food and beach.

Great Location

Great Location , 7 mins walk to the beach ,shops and restaurants. The Appartment itself is a little dated and could do with a few minor changes, overall it was very clean , spacious and had all you basic musts. Free air con and wifi, kettle , fridge ,hobs , toaster ,Tv , iron available on request. The only other thing that was a bit annoying was the limited parkingther is only enough space fro 4/5 cars, sometimes you may be driving around in circles for a space and parking out front is controlled between 10-6, so if you are not familiar with the area parking is a hassle. Other than that staff very friendly and helpful great stay :)

Larnaka apartment

Very close walk to beach and waterfront . Staff here were amazing, we were not happy with our first room because of internal stairs , the upgraded us to another bigger apartment. This was much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again, good value.

Great airport guesthouse

Very comfy modern renovated guesthouse for airport stays. Driver was there in 15 mins when I called and was waiting at 4am for return drop off. Very comfy room if you just want to stay and rest. Good shower. No shops but they do serve meals for extra cost. I did walk to a bakery and convenience store on Google maps but only go in daylight as no street lighting. Big water bottle provided

Outdated hot apartment

We stayed here for a week. The room did not meet our expectations. There was only air conditioning in the bed room and other rooms were hot. We could not keep curtains open because sun was shining in hot and people on the opposite side of the street could see in the room. There were ants in the kitchen and bathroom. Ants ate our food. There was also a cockroach in the kitchen. The living room was really small and could not really be used. The whole apartment was outdated. Free parking meant 2-3 parking spaces on a narrow street, which were mostly occupied. Positive thing was the location which is really close to the beach, shops and restaurants. And the overall size of the apartment was big.

Short 10 minute's from airport charges 15 euros. Area mainly locals so nice. Lovely side roads restaurants grocery shopping bar's etc. hotel it self is ok for 1-3 day's. Room not like pictures. No seating area with sofa etc. Kitchen ok microwave kettle toaster portable two hob fridge freezer. Plates cup's glasses utensils etc. Needs updating as lace curtains torn dirty.Toilet smelly. Not a walk in shower but small cubicle. Shower it self was powerful However second day the water in sink shower toilet turned brown. Let the water run for a while. Bedrooms ok. Bed double comfortable. The pull out not so much. In the small bedroom single bed was ok. the owner and staff were very good. Lots of info friendly. Gave us a room to change as late flightono extra charge. That room we actually preferred. Beach 5 minute walk lots of bar's restaurant etc. However try to go inside the town as better quality food atmosphere etc as beach bar's more expensive. Lovely clean beach. everyone the locals so friendly. Cyprus great lovely place. hotel it self needs attention well our type room. 3 nights ample. As we booked so late nothing available near by. But like I said ok for few days. Owner staff great cannot fault. I would recommend to a friend but only for a couple of day's.

Good hotel, well worth the price and value

Good hotel, worth the price, very friendly staff, but the Hotel is not staffed between 22:00pm and 06:30am, normally it's not a problem but if you have an early flight take that into consideration. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable, you have your own kitchen and more. WiFi works excellent!

Friendly, well located and well priced

Needed to stay in Larnaca city centre, close to the beach and airport bus. This place is perfect for that, great staff too. Reasonably basic without being uncomfortable. My only complaint - we needed a double bed and only got two singles. Otherwise, fine, sheets changed every day, WiFi worked, plenty of hot water.

3rd stay and good for before of after airport. Good value but only English TV channel was not tuned in and had problems with Wifi. Good location, though with some street parking and well greeted on arrival. Would stay again.

Friendly staff. The hotel shuttle with surcharge was an arranged Taxi, which was fine just not what I expected. No coffee provided in the room but fyi kitchen facilities. Perfectly comfortable for our one night stay, and probably a good base for longer. Easy walking distance to all the good Larnaca sights.
