no power first night! no power for cpap in dark entire night. elevator not working . took me up to room in freight elevator left me in dark in a place could not get to my room. Had to call so they could come get me and then had to use stairs with luggage. when i asked about compensation they reluctantly offered me 50.00 ! Kind of a dated story property in a convenient location. Rooms lack updated electrical connections for USB A and C - outlets will not hold on to charger cubes. Docking station only on one side of bed. Shower was nice. Chrome on toilet flusher pitted. Bath towels small. Lighting in room dated style and not very bright. Furniture was nicked in many spots. Nothing was bad but nothing outstanding. Price of Starbucks in lobby $9.95 for what is usually $5.50 or less.

Front desk staff was not very helpful. Not accommodating when we had to extend our stay due to weather delays. Rates went up when weather delays were being announced.

Clean room. Good location on the strip. But... very few choices for food!!! So disappointing. Fast food or to-go cafe food only. Ruth's Chris is on-site, but that's soooo expensive. Ramsey's Kitchen was CLOSED my entire stay.

Great location for walking the strip and enjoyed Harrah's casino. If you're booking doesn't guarantee a specific room type, go up to the counter instead of the check-in kiosks. I was able to switch my room to two queens instead of king very quickly by going up to the desk. My room's safe didn't work and seemed like the shower was leaking. I never complained since these were small issues for me.

All the above Way over priced coffee $15.00 M&M $11.00 No refrigerator ? What amenities there are none at all!! Got 2 coffees and 2 muffins at snack area and it was $40.89
