We had a day where we had the do not disturb sign on our door and the room service worker still knocked on our door. We were kind enough to open the door and tell the room service worker we did not want service for today however she insisted on still cleaning. We denied again and instead just asked for towels. She told us that she gets off at 3:30pm and there will be no more cleaning service after. We said it was fine and just asked for the towels. She did that and still attempted to clean our bathroom and tried to clean the desks. We didn’t say anything and ended up just letting her clean whatever she felt like. She apologized for interrupting for half of us were napping and the other half were watch tv.

Its a great location on the strip with acces to the metro, bus, taxi ect. Great games, great wifi.

The a/c in the room didn't work, and the lobby staff was very rude about possibly changing rooms. The tech came and fix the issue, which I was grateful for. But at least have a little more common courtesy when dealing with an issue like this!

The electricity kept going off in the bathroom. Had to keep calling for it to be fixed. Otherwise, it was great! Have stayed there many times.

Had no refrigerator in my room. Got stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes. However, they made it right by waving the resort fee for both days. Once again, it really surprised me that there was no refrigerator.

I just felt that they can do more for guests spending money and choosing to stay at there property , no mini firdge everythings crazy overpriced so even if you have left overs you cant keep them, even when you stay at the peoperty you have to pay parking, 1 slice of pizza 16$ disgusting! I just feel it could be more acomidating for guests sorry but wjen yku spend hard earned money thus day and age you should be rewarded felt like eveything is a chore. Very disapointed in ceasers establishments as a whole reacently.
