Friendly & helpful staff, except one employee at the checkpoint lane upon our departure…she could have answered one simple question, but made us wait in line.

Room was gorgeous and we had a bit of a view of the strip but the shower was Horrible. Had to turn all the way to hot to even get a little bit of hot water. And the shower had no door so you couldn’t even get it steamy to keep it warm.

All the lift was not working which extended the wait time to 10-15 mins. I ended up waiting in the lobby area a lot which caused frustration and time wastage. I wouldn’t recommend to book Harrah’s. There are many better hotels on the street for the same price.

There’s no door on the shower which was a huge NO for me. Overall the staff was very nice and helpful, but the room itself was the issue. It was in a very good location though.
