Great room, like the kitchenette and the living room, bed was comfortable. Did not like that after the check-in process was complete, we had to speak to who we thought was a type of concierge but ended up being time share presentation folks pushing for us to join in the presentation for discounted tickets or free stuff. Other than that, great stay.

The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the attention to detail—from the cozy linens to the perfectly stocked amenities—made all the difference. Parking is kind of hard after a certain hour, you can’t enter their parking lot. You have to go through another hotel and they want you to swipe your card and they charge you. Need better pillows. Cheap toilet paper. Hot tub didn’t work the whole time we were there. Trying to use the TV is kind of weird, it throws up “not available”screens in between channel changes.

The shower was not working and took almost an hour to repair, there was no shower gel in the shower, and the in-room iron was damaged and burned my dress. Also the Ac wasn’t cooling enough even at 65 degrees for a Vegas hotel the room was really warm at nights .

Great hotel - off the strip but so close. The rail was available next door at the Westgate, which was an easy walk. There is not a resturant but they did have a nice market with easy breakfast items. The Westgate had lots of resturants. Staff was great, so kind and helpful. They really went out of there way to make everything great.

My overall experience was phenomenal. I was surprised about how clean and well maintained the property is, including the amenities they offer both in the room and around the property. However, the bathroom is very small, no air vent in the bathroom so its very hot, and shower pressure was bad.
