What i wanted was a clean and quiet room to stay for the night before continuing my trip. And i got what i wanted. My only complaint is how old the elevator is(i understand that it takes a long time to change something old). Its also not their fault theyre next to like 2 or more wedding places.

I have bed bug bites all over my body! I only stayed one night When i asked for a refund , they said they would issue it to me but since then , the manager hasnt been responsive ... HORRIBLE

Super 8 should’ve been downgraded to 4

Unfortunately, the bed was in a poor condition. I found a tick lying under the pillow. Also the AC machine was not running properly, it’s not what I want after a red eye flight and I was so exhausted. Yet, I sent my complaints to the evening manager. He acknowledged those issues. He felt so bad about it. Please reply and consider about giving the refund of this terrible room.
