This was our least favorite stay here. We've stayed here a total of 3 or 4 times in the past year. We didn't get our room till 6pm, check in is 3pm. Inside bell hop was rude. Room cups were dirty (no surprise here though). Check out day we couldn't charge anything to the room, the systems were down, so we missed out on the extra credit we received through a promotion. Will be trying a different hotel next time!

Was here for a conference and work and the property was great. The food & beverage team was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our event went well. My only quibble with my room was the carpet seemed a bit worn, and I would have liked slippers and a bathrobe. I tried asking their digital concierge for these things, but that didn't work and I didn't make the time to ask a human. Overall, a great stay. The gym is gorgeous and the spa was also very nice.
