can't sleep without blanket

when we arrive about 9pm, the room wasn't ready as pillows are piled on the "desk" and sheet is crumbled on the chair and there's no blanket at all. i put in a request for the blanket before heading out for food. when we returned there's still no blanket sent, i called again, and still didn't get it. I was told they sent someone twice and knocked on the door and called the room. that was not true at all. I called the front desk and escalated the issue, waited another 20 mins and finally got blanket at 11:50pm so we can finally rest. Thanks to the lady who fetched the blanket for us.

I like the property's location. This property is way over priced for the size of the rooms you get. Resort fee, as well as the parking fees are ridiculous. Nowadays you don't even get housekeeping service unless you request it. I'd really like to know when we the consumers pay the ridiculous "resort fee", what if it for?? It's not for parking because there is a fee for that. It's not for early check-in or late check out, there's a fee for that. So what exactly is it for? Pretty sure it's for some CEO to continue to get thier bonus every year
