The whole experience was like a circus, the hotel was booked as it marketed as a 5 star hotel. The front desk was rude and kept us waiting for hours. There was no instructions given ant check in and we basically had to get ourselves to our room, and figure everything out. We didn’t even know there was in room dining etc or know about the amenities in the room needed an up . Not a 5 star hour experience for sure
