The Wynn was an exceptional stay and a step above other hotel stays I have had in Vegas. I’ve previously stayed at MGM Grand, Caesar’s Palace, the Venetian and Palazzo but the Wynn is my favorite. From the beautiful entrance with flowers to the excellent service, we had a great time. The service at the desk was great as they got us the room we wanted close to the elevator with a nice view of the strip, extremely friendly. We had a resort room that was spacious, with a very comfortable and plush bed, curtains and lighting that are controlled with touches of a button, a wonderful bathroom with separate vanities, strong pressure in the shower, and service on demand or daily. I’ve stayed at strip hotels on Vegas that don’t provide daily service unless you request them so this was a good plus considering the resort fees these days. The body wash and shampoos were also quite good. The resort room elevators are close to a 24 hour bakery and coffee place which is convenient as well as the Sundries offered. Tasty gummies and chocolates. The Wynn itself is a very beautiful hotel with red and gold themes and fresh flowers all the time. We dined at Wing Lei, had an excellent cocktail, excellent service, and great delicious food. We also went to XS Nightclub on July 4th and had a great time in the beautiful area with sights of both buildings in the background from their outdoor section by a pool. We can understand why this may be the best hotel on the strip.

the hotel itself was nice. Rooms were big and comfortable. however i was very disappointed in their customer services. I was there on business and everything i asked help with they were unable to help. I was okay with us. however instead of helping me find solutions and they were very usless. I will not stay here again. very disappointed.

Don't expect to check in when they say you can.

The Wynn was not prepared for last weekend. We checked in at exactly 3:00 pm and no rooms were ready. There was a long line waiting to check in and they told everyone that check in *begins* at 3, and they weren't required to have our room by 3. We escalated to a manager, and after a 30 minute wait, we were offered a $100.00 food credit. The room wasn't ready until 4:40. Ruined plans we had already made with a group. Not good.
