J'ai réservé une chambre pour deux personnes, la chambre indiquée était une chambre supérieure mais il y avait une fissure sur le plafond. Il y a peu de produits pour se laver, un par personne! La baignoire est assez vielle. Le petit déjeuner est décevant, il a fallu réclamer plusieurs fois pour obtenir des viennoiseries et du jus d'orange. Les personnes n'ont pas débarrassé les tables, les serveuses semblaient assez jeunes mais aucun management. Enfin, le personnel de l'accueil m'a réclamé le paiement de la taxe de séjour et du parking alors que cela avait été réglé dès l'arrivée, manque de suivi. Bref l'hôtel est trop cher pour des prestations laborieuses.

Toutefois, si vous avez besoin de plus de produits, vous pouvez en demander à la réception qui se fera un plaisir de vous les fournir. Je prends note de vos remarques concernant le petit déjeuner que je vais partager à l'équipe afin que nous mettions en place les mesures nécessaires afin de nous améliorer. Pros: l'amabilité et la gentillesse du personnel. qualité du buffet de petit déjeuné
Cons: modernité des chambres
un peu déçu par l'aspect rudimentaire des chambres. Des traces d'usure des sols et murs. Un manque de cachet assez inhabituel pour un Novotel, catégorie d'hôtel que je fréquente quasi exclusivement.

Hat Fitnessgeräte- deshalb gingen wir hin.

War ok- Hotel ok, nicht wahnsinnig charmant, aber für Preisleistung war es tipptoop. Zimmer war recht gross.
