To ensure a comfortable stay, we conduct weekly pest control to minimize the presence of no-see-ums, mosquitoes, and other insects. However, please note that being near water means there is a higher chance of encountering wildlife, including alligators, which can be found in any freshwater area in Florida. While this is part of the natural charm of the area, we encourage guests to enjoy the surroundings responsibly. Your comfort and safety are always our priority!
▪️To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we perform weekly pest control to keep no-see-ums, mosquitoes, and other insects to a minimum. Florida’s warm, tropical environment can occasionally attract pests, but rest assured, we do everything we can to ensure your stay is enjoyable and relaxing. We’re thrilled to host you and can’t wait for you to create wonderful memories here!

▪️Pets are welcome with a $100 fee per stay. Maximum of 2 pets allowed. Dogs only (no cats), with a weight limit of 60 lbs per pet. All pets must be registered and reported to the host prior to arrival. Please also inform the host if you have a service animal. Ensure pets are well-behaved and that necessary precautions are taken to prevent any damage or excessive cleaning. Pet and service animal owners are responsible for any additional cleaning fees or damages caused.

▪️ Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
▪️ Please respect the neighbors. Do not park on neighboring properties or cause disturbances.

▪️ Do not flush anything other than toilet paper to avoid plumbing issues.
▪️ Follow all check-in and check-out instructions. Guests are responsible for any issues resulting from failure to follow these instructions.
▪️ Standard check-in and check-out times must be observed. Early check-in or late check-out (up to 1 hour) may be available upon request and approval.
▪️ All furniture, appliances, and items must be returned to their original place. Missing or damaged items may result in additional charges.
▪️ A rental agreement, photo ID, and security deposit may be required prior to check-in.
▪️ We reserve the right to charge fees for any violations of house rules.
▪️ No swimming in the lake. This is a natural Florida lake and may contain wildlife (including alligators and snakes).
▪️ Golf cart and personal items (e.g., fishing gear) are not included and are not for guest use.
▪️ Exterior security cameras are installed (covering entry points and outdoor areas only). No cameras are inside the home.
▪️ Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed (carport and driveway only). No street or neighbor parking.
▪️ If using the grill, please clean it after use and do not leave it unattended.
