The approximately 50 sqm holiday apartment is located in the annex of the manor and offers a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm). In the living room, there is a sofa bed (140x200 cm) where a third person can sleep comfortably. For families with small children, a travel cot and a high chair are available. You also have a dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a lockable garage with direct access. Pets are not allowed. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
Gut Börtewitz is situated on the northern edge of the district of Mittelsachsen, close to the A14 motorway, yet quiet and centrally located between Leipzig and Dresden. The manor was built around 1200 and has a long history with numerous noble owners. Since 2012, it has been owned by the current proprietor. Extensive renovations and conversions have been carried out since 2017, so that the estate now shines in new splendour and delights both locals and travellers. Cyclists benefit from direct access to the Obstland route.
The holiday apartment was freshly renovated in 2022 and offers space for up to three people with its approximately 50 sqm. Shopping facilities are about 7 km away. The region offers numerous excursion destinations, including the Petrified Lake Börtewitz, the Döllnitzbahn, various castles and monasteries, the Kriebstein reservoir, the Leipzig lake district, as well as the cities of Leipzig, Dresden, Torgau, and Meißen. An e-bike rental is also available about 7 km away.
