Schöne grosszügige Ferienwohnung

Pros: Wir machten 2 Nächte Urlaub mit 3 Kindern. Die Wohnung ist sehr grosszügig und gut eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt, sogar Putzsachen und Waschmaschine steht zur Verfügung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Cons: -

neue Wohnung am Bach mit Abzügen

Pros: Schöne Lage, Alles ziemlich neu, Möbel alle sehr neuwertig / extra für die Wohnung angefertigt. Neues Badezimmer ,Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür (leider schlechte Wendemöglichkeit), Konus-Card für kostenlose ÖPNV-Nutzung Cons: Im ersten Moment sehr sauber, aber auf dem 2. Blick leider nicht wirklich. Viele Spinnweben usw. Geschirr teilweise dreckig im Schrank. Haus leider sehr hellhörig. Teilweise kann man Gespräch aus der Unterwohnung mithören, Schritte von unseren Kindern im 2. OG unten auf der Straße hören (ja Fenster und Türen waren geschlossen) Ebenderdige Dusche mit nachträglicher Wasserbeseitigung im ganzen Badezimmer (Spritzwasser läuft leider aus der Dusche raus). Das schlimmste jedoch war, dass uns auf Nachfrage unsererseits die Hochschwarzwald-Card schriftlich zugesagt wurde (etwa 100 Atraktionen im gesamten Schwarzwald kostenlos nutzen). Jedoch vor Ort dann erst am 2. Tag diese versagt wurde, da es nur für die Hotelgäste zugänglich wäre. Die Kinder (16 & 8) hatten sich im Vorfeld schon Ausflugsziele ausgesucht, die dann jedoch nicht mehr im Reisebudget lagen. Somit gab es einen großen Dämpfer in der Urlaubstimmung. Wie beschrieben schriftliche Zusage vom Vermieter bekommen. Schade.

Schöne Wohnung, guter Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung in Lenzkirch. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Vermieter sehr nett und die Lage war perfekt. Fußläufig war alles was man braucht zu erreichen. Lediglich die Kissen waren nicht bequem, alles andere war bestens. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.
