Enveloped in trees and local plant life, this family-friendly home is ready to welcome you (and your dogs!) to the coast. Don't let the trees fool you - you're just a short walk from the Spyglass Ridge Trailhead and the beach is less than a half mile away. You may even have a close encounter with local deer! Grilling out on the furnished patio is a must when you stay at this home.

The full kitchen is stocked with all the equipment you'll need to make a delicious meal together, including a dishwasher, blender, and slow cooker. The living room is perfect for coming together - just turn on the electric fireplace and enjoy a movie on the big-screen TV. A musically inclined guest can plink out a tune on the electronic keyboard. There's plenty of comfortable seating for kicking back, and the wide row of windows will let in mellow coast sunlight. Play your favorite tunes on the CD player while you sip on coffee straight from the French press. Coastal vibes rule at this lovely home.

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

The house is very clean and well organized, the kitchen had most things we needed for cooking.The location is convenient to downtown Lincoln City.No beach view, but the ocean is visible on the far horizon.The deck was not clean, some of the furnature was damaged, which I reported. Weeds grew from the gutters, some matainence required there, I'd say.The bar-b-cue did not work, there appeared to be propane but it would not light, so we broiled our steaks in the kitchen oven. Until that is corrected, you should not list the BBQ as an amenity.Overall, pleasant and comfortable, we would consider staying there again.

Lincoln City 2025

The house is in a great location in Lincoln City. The outside could use some TLC but do not let that fool you because the inside is fantastic. We were all very cosy and enjoyed our stay. We stayed for 8 days and we had plenty of time to explore, hike, visit the beach, try tons of new food and do plenty of shopping. The hosts were always a text or phone call away! Our tv stopped working one morning and they brought us a brand new one the very next day. We travel to Lincoln City every other year and we will be sure to try and stay in this house again. Highly recommend giving this little home a visit and make some amazing memories while at it.

Wonderful stay

The house was very organized and clean. Only had a couple problems (towel rack in bathroom wouldn’t stay up and saw a couple ants). The house providing everything needed. We absolutely loved it and will be booking with them again!!!

Place was not clean, had weeds growing in the rain gutters, first appeared to be an abandoned shack. Found dry dog urine on a wall, large spider upon entry, silverfish, caused wife’s allergy to mold to kick in, kitchen was greasy, oven and range hood filter were filthy. Plus other issues.

Though not directly on the beach, this property had easy access to an uncrowded beach in Lincoln City. It was in a great central coast location- lots to explore. Worked out great for resting and recharging. The house was very comfortable.

Great Place 4 1/2 stars.

Great stay loved the location. Place is big and furnishings are nice and comfy. Will seat a group well. All the little extra kitchen appliances are a bonus! The only complaint I have is, the entrance and the patio need work bad! The curb appel is greatly lacking! It wouldn't take alot to make a huge difference.

Old and run down! Inside was a pleasant surprise considering first impressions of the outside were horrifying. The worst thing is my wife fell through the rickety deck busted and scraped her knee, bleeding and a bruised hip. We will see what the doctor says after her visit.

We love this house! We will definitely stay here again when we come to Lincoln City. It is close to everything, private, they had all of the essentials available there for us. It has a washer and dryer, plenty of sleeping space, they even privide board games & BBQ.

Very comfortable. Property was amply supplied and amenities were good. We did not have cushions on chairs outside but that was the only thing. Wonderful stay. Would happily come back!
