Great spot. The breakfast costs a hefty fee, so we ate locally. It was quiet and easy to get in and out. The place was in a great location for exploration. Check-in was a breeze, and they were always available via whatsapp text.

We are 70 and got the room with steep stairs up to tv and seating area. Not good for older people. We also arrive early from ship and they let us store luggage at sister property till room ready. They got the room ready early for us. No reception area in lodge. The young lady l think Belinda was her name was very informative and helpful. I would stay again but different room on level 2 street level. No breakfast but places close by for 8.90 euro for a full English breakfast. We so enjoy the friendly people of Lisbon

Great location, very spacious room, interior design was great - loved the headboard design! The only downside was the beautiful floorboards were really noisy, so creeping to the loo in the middle of the night woke my partner up. No cleaning done during our 5 day stay - so towels didn’t get changed which was disappointing. Other than that it was great, we shall return

The room is beautiful and clean. The property is quiet for the area it's in. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. Only thing to note is this isn't a hotel per se. The staff is on site to check you in between 1500-1800. So if you're not checking in between these hours you should consider if it's the property for you. When you check in, go to the R. Ferragial entrance.
