An early morning coffee down Ljubljanica river, a relaxing walk to the City castle, Botanic garden or just to stroll along the Sunday antique flea market. We offer you a spacious studio in the ground floor of an old bourgeois house.

All the sights are within the walking distance and if you don't feel like sightseeing, all the best restaurants in Ljubljana are just around the corner! Whether you’re here to work, relax, or explore, it’s the perfect base for your stay in the city.”

The space
We offer you a spacious studio in the ground floor of an old bourgeois house. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the equipment you might need during your stay (refrigerator, hob, kettel, coffee machine, dishes, plates). The dinning area has 4 chairs, there's a modern sofa and a European double size bed. Flat screen TV with more than 150 programs and a 24/7 free WIFI. The bathroom has plenty of hot water and a hair dryer. Before you arrive we take care of clean bed linen and fresh towels. You have the entire apartment for yourself.

Perfect location

What a gorgeous apartment. Perfect location. Beautiful and located right in the old town near amazing restaurants. Will be back.
