Unser Aufenthalt auf Usedom IN KARLSHAGEN war sehr schön. Gastgeber: Nachdem wir von Ihnen wegen einer Doppelbuchung (?!) kurzfristig ausgeladen wurden haben wir doch noch schöne Tage in einer anderen Unterkunft verbracht.Sauberkeit usw: Können wir keine Angaben machen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung (Triftweg 10, Wohnung 4) sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, vor allem, wenn man mit Kindern reist. Wir haben sogar eine Backform fĂŒr einen Geburtstagskuchen vorgefunden. Einziges Manko, was auch durchaus noch in der Beschreibung vorkommen sollte, ist die sehr steile Treppe zum oberen Geschoss, was sie fĂŒr sehr kleine Kinder und Ă€ltere Menschen ungeeignet macht. Auch ein zusĂ€tzliches GĂ€ste-WC wĂ€re super. Bei einer Belegung mit acht bis neun Personen gibt es mit nur einem Bad (auch wenn es schön und groß ist) hĂ€ufiger mal EngpĂ€sse. Die Umgebung ist klasse: Trotz absolut ruhiger Lage sind Bahnhof, Edeka und BĂ€cker sehr nah, auch der schöne Strand ist gut fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen.

Ferienwohnung Usedom Kölpinsee

Sehr schönes FH mit schönen Wohnungen (FW 2 und 4 gemietet). Gute Ausstatung, sehr gute Lage, 15 min. zu Fuß zum Strand und zum Kölpinsee. Gartenhaus mit Bollerwagen super fĂŒr die Kinder. Sauna ebenfalls sehr schön. Gerne wieder. Einzige Kritikpunkte: Zuvor war nicht ersichtlich, dass die Garten- / Grillnutzung auch fĂŒr das gegenĂŒnerliegende Ferienhaus mitgilt (somit insgesamt 8 Wohnungen). Dies hĂ€tte vorab deutlicher dargestellt werden sollen. Die Anzahl der Betten in den FW sollten verringert werden (z.B. FW 4 von 10 auf 7 Betten), da es wenig Sinn macht, wenn man ein 4 Bett Zimmer und ein 3 Bett-Zimmer vermietet bzw. anbietet aber nicht einmal SchrĂ€nke zum Auspacken der Kleidung zur VerfĂŒgung hat oder sich im Raum kaum umdrehen kann. Die FW 2 sehe ich eher fĂŒr 5 Personen als wie angegeben. Ansonsten dennoch sehr schönen Tage, sekr schönes Haus und Preis-Leistung-VerhĂ€ltnis insgesamt angemessen.
