Reminder when traveling alone

The hotel itself was great and service was exceptional. However, I was traveling alone with my two small children and was put on the top floor and the last room of the floor. As we walked down the corridor to the very last room, the lights were off and I felt very unsafe. I will always remember to ask for a room at the beginning of the floor when traveling alone or with kids.

Super convenient hotel inside Heathrow.

Great place to stay if you have an early flight. Walking distance from the underground station and walking distance to the checking counters. Rooms are small but clean and comfy. Great value for the money. Totally worth it.

Excellent option for the most convenient Hotel possibly for T3. Twilight check in followed by early departure couldn’t be easier!

Ideal for an overnight stay for an early flight out of T2 and T3. Hotel is situated in the arrivals area of T3. Rooms are small but clean and does the job

Small but terrific

Staff was very friendly. Even provided an electrical adapter for me for free. The room was small but comfortable, quiet and clean. The only thing it could be a little claustrophobic without windows but I was so tired it didn’t really matter. It was conveniently located in the terminal where I flew out of so that was great.

Excellent night before an early flight! 7 minutes walk ‘in building’ to departures! Brilliant! Great to book when on my way to Africa from USA. Arrive early morning sleep, shower, sightsee ( leave luggage at hotel) pick up Luggage and check in for evening flight!

Perfect location for early flights

The hotel was situated int he terminal. Easy to find, staff were really friendly. Not much choice on the food and the room was small, however it was fit for purpous.
