On the main level you’ll find the open plan living area, which is bright and welcoming, with comfortable seating, tasteful décor, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. It’s a quiet, calming space — perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring Richmond or central London.

The fully equipped kitchen comes equipped with everything you need for cooking at home — including a full oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all necessary cookware, utensils, crockery, and glassware. Whether you’re making breakfast or preparing a cosy dinner, you’ll feel right at home.

The stylish dining area seats 4 and makes the most of the light-filled room, with views to the street below.

Bedrooms

The main bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, with soft linens, ample storage, and a peaceful ambiance for a restful night’s sleep.

The second bedroom is fitted with a comfortable single bed. This bedroom also has storage, including hanging space.

Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves. Entry is via a secure key safe.

Standard check in time is 3pm onwards and check out time is before 11am.

This is a residential neighbourhood so please refrain from making excessive noise. Quiet times are 11pm to 7am, when noise should be kept to a minimum, including TV volume.

Smoking, vaping or taking illegal substances in or around the property is strictly forbidden. For non-compliance you will be fined a minimum of £500 and you may be asked to leave.

Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, so please be careful with them. There will be a £50 call out fee for any keys left/forgotten in the property.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
