just a place to sleep

when you arrive there is no one there, you have to call them, and for us it was ok, in 20 min someone arrived, but for a family after us, I noticed they were sat on the pavement outside nearly 2 hours. The bathroom is shared, and not clean, my poor wife cleaned it with a brush, there was excrement stuck to the toilet. When we arrived at 3.30, and after 20 min a person arrived, only then did they go up and clean the room before we could use it. The beds were clean, and comfy, so if you've not got too much money, and need a place to crash out, it will work.

Practicle and handy

Very competitive price considering the location. Need a bit of updating but comfortable and in a quiet street at the back of busy withechapel. No reception desk so take the number down when you receive confirmation and someone will be with you within 10 min Cleaning was ok although a few things under the bed but at this price, I certainly would not make a fuss

Scandaleusement sale

On ne s'attendait pas vraiment à cela... Pas un hôtel, ni une auberge: une maison dans un état de saleté invraisemblable. Déjà pour trouver l'adresse c'est une vraie épreuve : l'adresse sur hôtels.com est imprécise, la maison étant 15 minutes à pied plus loin, au 103 ashfield Street. On a un numéro de téléphone dans l'annonce mais jamais personne ne décroche et vous tombez sur une boîte vocale pleine. Une fois à l'intérieur, une maison sale, salle de bain crasseuse à vomir, ménage pas fait, pas de chauffage, pas de double vitrage. Bref. Un taudis, si vous voulez économiser sur le logement et que vous êtes vous même crado, pourquoi pas.

Espantoso servicio

Tuve un pésimo servicio, me dieron una dirección a la cual nunca llegó el encargado, el taxista en Londres tuvo que esperarme para no dejarme sola y me prestó en varias ocasiones su celular para llamar y preguntar qué pasaba, solo me decía que ya iba en camino y lo único que hizo fue mandarme instrucciones para buscar unas llaves y me mandó a otra ubicación, el taxista me llevó, ahí me querían regresar a la primera ubicación en la que estuve esperando más de una hora, ya no lo acepté ya había perdido tiempo y dinero en traslados, en la segunda dirección me dieron una habitación que no se cerraba con llave, baño compartido muy sucio, mucho ruido por parte de los huéspedes, en una zona si recomendable por la ubicación y medios de transporte cerca pero el servicio y el lugar, de lo peor así como el ruido de los huéspedes.

nicht unhygienisch,aber schmutzig. schloss an der zimmertür mit schraubendreher zu öffnen. reaktionen auf mails-keine. lage in etwas heruntergekommener gegend,schien aber sicher. ca 5 min zur bushaltestelle und zum supermarkt.

Expedia Horror und keine Hilfe!

Wir waren der Überzeugung das die Angebote über Ihr Buchungsportal seriös und einem bestimmten Standard entsprechen. Mit dieser Einstellung sind wir am Anreisetag in London eingetroffen. Das gebuchte Guesthouse Brick Lane Apartment in der Ashfieldstreet hatte auf der Kontaktseite keine Hausnummer angegeben. Nach dem wir die Straße zweimal hoch und runter gelaufenen sind und kein Guesthouse finden konnten, haben wir dann Sie kontaktiert. Schon vorher haben wir versucht die auf Ihrer Buchungsbestätigung angegebene Telefonnummer anzurufen, ohne Erfolg. Zwar Springt beim Anruf ein AB auf dem jedoch keine Nachricht hinterlassen werden kann. Sie haben dann uns die Hausnummer mitgeteilt, so dass wir um 15 Uhr vor der richtigen Haustür standen und tatsächlich erschien nach einem weiteren Anruf jemand, der uns dann ins Zimmer brachte. Das Guesthouse wird scheinbar illegal betrieben, daher das Gebaren mit der Hausnummer und Telefon. Der Zustand des Zimmers ist entsetzlich: zerrissene Bettbezüge, durchgelegene Matratzen, Schmutz, dreckige und schimmelige Toilette, die nicht regelmäßig gereinigt werden und als Krönung des ganzen können wir unseren Raum nicht sicher abschließen, siehe Fotos. Es macht tatsächlich den Anschein, dass die Unterkunft illegal betrieben wird. Sicherheit und alle andern Mindeststandards werden in keinen Fall eingehalten. Diese Unterkunft ist keinen zumutbar.

Mauvaise adresse !

La chambre était à peine propre, les photos non contractuelles ... c’est le moins qu’on puisse dire ! Difficultés à joindre le propriétaire pour récupérer les clés, la porte qui ferme avec un cadenas tenant tout juste au chambranle de la porte... bref si vous pouvez trouver autre chose, n’hesitez pas, si c’est votre dernier recours pour avoir un logement à Londres ( comme cela était le cas pour nous), c’est mieux que rien ! Cela ne nous a pas empêché de mener à bien nos visites et notre séjour !

Avevo gia contattato il servizio expedia per segnalare che la guesthouse non rispondeva per l’appuntamento per il pickup. Mi veniva poi assicurato da expedia che mi avrebbero aspettato alle 15 alla guesthouse. Ma non solo non c’era nessuno in loco ma scoprivo che anche l’indifizzo sulla app era sbagliato. Dopo aver speso una grossa cifra tra chiamate e traffico internet ed essermi spostato al nuovo indirizzo nonostante il servizio clienti mi assicurava che sarei stato contattato dal personale della Guesthouse, cio non accadeva e su mia ulteriore chiamata mi si chiedeva di aspettare 3 ore il loro arrivo... Non capisco come una azienda internazionale come Expedia non verifichi le informazioni e l’onestà dei fornitori. Fortunatamente non avevo pagato in anticipo....
