Cheap with free parking but very low quality

Horrendous smell of sewage, heating on constantly, pillow as thick as a tea towel, bed lacking decent mattress, TV the size of an iPad, duvet flimsy, fridge in room a plus but noisy all night long. The plus points were free parking and it was very cheap price for london. Did have to pay more on the day to get a room with a toilet.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, couldn't ask for much. The rooms are old and outdated no bathroom in the room, such a shame. The beds were comfortable but could hear the room next doors conversion. The shared showers was clean However it was difficult to find the right temp, either boiling hot or freezing cold. For a budget hotel its ok, clean and comfortable. A bus ride away from Wembley stadium.

Property is nice on the outside however in poor condition inside unpleasant surroundings in rooms needs updating old ill fitting carpet spring beds very uncomfortable noisy and cold Subsequently will not return Staff pleasant and helpfull

It's an okay stay

The room was okay, but there was stains on the cupboard next to the bed. There were stains on the floor. I had two single beds even though I'd book for a double room. There was a horrible smell in the hallway other than that it was an okay day for the price that was paid.

I do not recommend this hotel. although the location is good but the hotel itself was not good. There was no toilet in the room and you have to share the shower and toilets with other rooms!

Parking Scam, Terrible Service

They have a parking ticket scam running in their car park. Two weeks after I stayed there I got a parking ticket for their car park from the company that manages it Smart Parking. I rang and emailed the hotel to get confirmation of my stay but nothing turning up. I ended up paying more for the parking than the hotel.
