Very clean with excellent staff. We felt safe and well taken care of. A nice park area is close by to relax at and public transportation was easily accessible. The restaurant next door was very nice also. We would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at the City Sleeper or its alter ego Royal National biannually for over 20 years. A clean place to lay your head with an excellent helpful staff makes it a wonderful place. A short distance from the Russell Square stop and only 2 blocks from a Waitrose (rumor has it that it may close for recursing) with shopping center with goo, numerous places to eat makes it even better

Clean, modern hotel that is very well located for being a tourist at British Museum or getting the Eurostar train. Walkable to West End. Impressive breakfast buffet. Main complaint is hard not to get water on floor when using shower. We stayed in lovely Spring weather - not sure if there is A/C in summer as we did not need it.

Lots of things are really good about this hotel and it could really blow Travel Lodge and PI out of the water. Better facilities, bigger rooms, cheaper and massively comfortable beds. However, this place has one fatal flaw, (apart from no heating)it hasn’t got soft close doors so all you hear and feel, all night is banging and crashing.

Hotel room was small but very clean and modern fixtures in bathroom, older building so outside noise is loud from hall and street. Location was good for exploring london, hop on hop off bus right in front was a plus. Restaurants very close the Salad restaurant down street was a plus, negative for hotel breakfast, 2 hotels in one. City Sleeper definitely best of 2. Will definitely recommend for a short stay.
