We had a great stay. Lovely clean, quiet apartment with a great internal balcony that gave us beautiful sunset views of the city. Had a few problems with the plumbing which was quickly fixed. Great in person communication and also via WhatsApp. Had to ask for extra toilet roll and dishwasher tabs which were promptly supplied. 5 minute walk to the DLR which we all loved and 8 minutes to Jubilee and Elizabeth lines. Tesco next door to property. Would benefit from a mirror in the bedroom and having dishcloths and dish towels supplied. Would love to go back. The place was excellent. Ask for access to their upper floor lounges, one is great for the kids, the other has two pool tables and stunning views. Thanks!

Beautiful view....dirty windows. Basic self catering equipment....two of everything and not one thing more, no microwave, no onsite bar but tesco close by. Helpful pleasant staff.Canary wharf itself feels heartless with limited dining.

Great room, maybe a little light on "amenities."

Roomy, very comfortable unit. Was surprised there was no phone in the room, not even to call reception; apparently this is the way new hotels are these days? You HAVE to bring your own phone? No washcloths, handtowels (got 1 later), nor facial tissue and just one tiny wastebasket, for the bathroom. Some crumbs on the kitchenette counter.

Another excellent stay at the Cove in Canary Wharf - great base for a few weeks in London. However it is time they begin replacing their mattresses - ours was particularly uncomfortable. Folks considering this hotel should also be aware that the building (one of the highest in London) creaks considerably when it is windy which can make it hard to get a good night’s sleep - fortunately we only had a couple of windy nights.

Everything we needed and a bit more!

A worrying start as the wrong guest had been checked in and given my room, but this was quickly resolved. The room had everything we needed, and we were very comfortable. We did have trouble with the thermostat - it wouldn’t stay at the lower temperature we wanted, but this wasn’t a huge issue. If we could have changed one thing, it would have been the oven clock light. It was incredibly bright which did disturb our sleep a little. Otherwise, a great stay in a brilliant property in a great location.

Was a great experience especially having a kitchen in our room, theres a tesco next door as well. The only thing i would say that needs improvement it the noise, due to high winds theres so much noise you can hear inside the room, it can get really loud sometimes so keep the weatger conditions in mind when booking and it is a 10 minute walk to the underground.
