Located on the first floor, you're just a quick two-minute walk to Ladbroke Grove Tube Station and a short, leisurely stroll to the iconic Portobello Road. You’ll be surrounded by the charm and buzz of one of London’s most vibrant neighborhoods—famously featured in the movie "Notting Hill." Get ready to soak in the true spirit of London from this unbeatable spot!
The space

The dining area features an extendable table that comfortably seats four—ideal for cozy meals or setting up your laptop for some work-from-home time, all while staying connected with fast, free Wi-Fi.

Bathroom The bathroom includes a relaxing bathtub with a shower, along with a toilet and sink. We’ve also got you covered with complimentary toiletries like soap, shampoo, shower gel, and toilet paper.

My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.

During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
