Bathroom sink was blocked. I reported to reception 10 minutes after arriving but nothing was done. Room was not cleaned on the 2nd day despite me being out all day and evening. You wouldn't expect this from a budget hotel nevermind the premium room at this upmarket hotel. Very poor indeed.

We had previously stayed here as the price is good as well as a nice location. But this time around, it seems like all service levels had dropped quite a bit. Our room had no windows that could open...and the air conditioning unit reset itself every time we tried to adjust fan speed etc. On two occasions we had to ask housekeeping for toilet paper as they had not replenished them even though we were empty. Sometimes we got two towels and two smaller towels, other days we got a different combination all together. There was no plastic bags in the thrash cans either... The breakfast was not great. Often cold and just poor quality on the cooking. Does the cooks not care what they put out...?? And the front main door that is closed, have been closed for two years now...how hard is it to fix the goddamn front door...?!?! Even though this hotel is on the cheaper side for London, it is still not worth the money in my opinion. There are plenty of other options.

The place was kept clean. WiFi worked well. Staff was courteous and polite. And hotel was central to eating and shopping. Room with kitchen was too small. Was barely enough space two persons to move around comfortably.

They didn't change my sheets once during my stay or vacuum the floors. Any time i left and returned, there were still water bottle caps in the same place they were left and all they did was remake the bed. (I could have easily done that myself if thats the case) Also, not sure if this is just a European thing but they don't give you wash cloths which i thought was odd

A very nice suite in London. We found the location slightly inconvenient. Very nice to have well equipped kitchen so breakfast. Our room even had a peloton bike!

The best thing about the property was it's polite staff. The housekeeping was the poorest and need a lot of improvement especially the cleaning and supply of toilette need to be standardized. The room we were given originally had a strong odor, the carpets were stained and even the sofas and chairs in both rooms were stained. There was so much dust everywhere in the room. The apartment studio suite did not have sufficient pots and pans and warming dishes and msseda lot of things. The rooom lacked information sheet for the facility. Besides all tgese, I had to see the laundry and as soon as I openedthe laundry room it smelled like a swage and three out of 5 washing machines were out of service. E HH ivh I ended up not having my cloths washed. The vacuum cleaner was left in the hallway for the duration of our stay and on our the ii Rd nights of stay anig bag of dirty towels was left in our room. I will ever go back to that hotel
