They didn't change my sheets once during my stay or vacuum the floors. Any time i left and returned, there were still water bottle caps in the same place they were left and all they did was remake the bed. (I could have easily done that myself if thats the case) Also, not sure if this is just a European thing but they don't give you wash cloths which i thought was odd

A very nice suite in London. We found the location slightly inconvenient. Very nice to have well equipped kitchen so breakfast. Our room even had a peloton bike!

The best thing about the property was it's polite staff. The housekeeping was the poorest and need a lot of improvement especially the cleaning and supply of toilette need to be standardized. The room we were given originally had a strong odor, the carpets were stained and even the sofas and chairs in both rooms were stained. There was so much dust everywhere in the room. The apartment studio suite did not have sufficient pots and pans and warming dishes and msseda lot of things. The rooom lacked information sheet for the facility. Besides all tgese, I had to see the laundry and as soon as I openedthe laundry room it smelled like a swage and three out of 5 washing machines were out of service. E HH ivh I ended up not having my cloths washed. The vacuum cleaner was left in the hallway for the duration of our stay and on our the ii Rd nights of stay anig bag of dirty towels was left in our room. I will ever go back to that hotel

Property was tidy and clean. However the communication of staff is extremely poor. They never replied to my email request prior to our attendance and whilst at the location we had to call reception 3 times to ask for basic pans for the kitchen as they failed to bring those up. Apart from that our stay was fine. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. A bit more modern than the actual Dorsett hotel next door.

Very walkable area with the Dao being the best hotel in the Shepherd Bush community. Great shopping with the Westfield Mall being only a 5 minute walk. We were moved to another room because the first room AC went out. Hotel staff promptly moved us to a comfy room with great AC.

Be careful if you stay here.

Arrived at 1515. Room not ready although check in said to be from 1500. Told it would be 20 mins. Given drink voucher (only cheap beer wine or water). Told someone would call us when room ready. They didn't. Ordered a cocktail. Told it would be 15 mins. It took over half an hour. Had to get barman to get more help to achieve that. Had to ask about room after an hour. Freezer door left open and all iced up. Went for happy hour. Cocktails watered down. Charged full rate. On check out attempted theft by charging for drinks already paid for at time and full rate for happy hour. Claimed this was "a system failure". No admission of the fact that humans input the data in the first place. Grudging apology at best.
